Bright room (single bed) with private bathroom in the center of Aveiro, 20 minutes walk from UA and with a bus stop 150m away (Oita). Equipped kitchen and laundry room. TV in the dining area and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Kitchen utensils provided. Weekly cleaning. Water and electricity expenses included up to 35 EUR/person. A security deposit (one month's rent) and a guarantor are required. Contract SEP-JAN and FEB-JUL, with rent receipt issued. Only for a UA STUDENT, non-smoker and organized. Pets are not allowed.
